My name is E.J. Hubbs and I am a Partner at Hubbs Law in Miami, FL.

I believe the key to success for any criminal defense or immigration attorney is experience in the courtroom. That’s why I dedicated the beginning of my career to gaining this courtroom experience as a prosecutor at the State Attorney’s Office. During this time, I handled over 10,000 criminal cases and took over 50 jury trials to verdict.

Now, I’m on your side. I am confident that the experience I gained as a prosecutor can directly benefit your criminal or immigration case because I understand how to prepare my clients to testify, cross-examine witnesses, protect your Constitutional rights, and handling your case at trial, during your removal proceedings, or at your USCIS interview.

When I first started this law firm in 2014, I decided I wanted my clients to have a different experience than other law firms in Miami. I’ve heard far too often that clients complain that they can’t get in touch with their attorney. At Hubbs Law, that won’t be a problem. Your case will be handled by a competent experienced attorney, rather than a young associate or paralegal. In addition, we always keep our clients updated on their cases and will always be responsive to phone calls and emails.

When I am not fighting for my clients, I enjoy working out, playing sports, and spending time with my family.
